Overview
The Pet Alliance of Washington is a coalition of dedicated animal welfare organizations. We are committed to achieving a 90% live release rate for all cats and dogs in Washington State by 2020 and all individual organizations by 2025.
We recognize that many of the issues we are addressing individually can benefit from a collaborative and regional approach, building on the realized success of partner regional organizations. Animal welfare issues are complex, and finding long-term, meaningful solutions requires input and support from multiple perspectives.
We are committed to the belief that no one organization or type of organization can achieve this goal alone, that we need one another, and that the only true, sustainable solution is to work together.
The Pet Alliance of Washington board is made up of representatives from both private nonprofit organizations and municipal agencies.
