How to Join
If you are an animal welfare organization or 501(c)(3) in the state of Washington, then we want to work with you! Any group that is focused on helping save the lives of companion animals in Washington’s shelters, is welcome and encouraged to apply.
Step-by-step instructions:
Fill out the membership application
- Provide the following:
Proof of 501(c)(3) with EIN
Spay & Neuter annual reporting - Quarterly (unless receiving funding) of pre-existing reports
- Provide the following:
Email your organization's logo to [email protected] (this will be displayed on the website).
Download and sign (by an executive director or equivalent) the Pet Alliance of Washington Agreement
Ensure you register with shelteranimalscount.org
Honorary Member
If you are not a shelter or 501(c)(3), you are welcome to inquire about becoming an Honorary Member. Honorary members are not eligible for project proposal assistance, but they are encouraged to participate in meetings, provide assistance, etc.
